How do you determine which team members I need?

We start by understanding what you're trying to achieve, not by pushing a set team your way. After learning about your goals and challenges, we'll suggest which specialists make the most sense for your situation. We'll bring in only the people you need for your specific marketing challenges.

How do you price projects if my needs might vary?

We price based on specific projects and outcomes rather than hourly rates or retainers. Each milestone or project gets a clear price tag based on the work required. This way, you only pay for what you actually need, and you'll always know costs upfront before we start any work.

How often will we get updates on progress?

We provide weekly progress updates by default, but we can adjust this based on your preference (maybe? maybe not?). You'll always have access to our project tracking tools to check status whenever you want. For urgent projects, we can provide more frequent updates.

Do different team members/skills have different rates?

We don't bill by individual team members or hourly rates. Instead, we price based on the overall project and outcomes you need. This approach means you're paying for results, not time.

What if I need expertise in an area you don't cover?

We cover most marketing bases but we know our limits and won't pretend otherwise. If you need something outside our wheelhouse, we'll either work alongside your existing partners or recommend trusted specialists from our network.

Isn't it easier/cheaper to just get a freelancer?

Easier upfront, maybe. Cheaper in the long run, probably not. Managing multiple freelancers takes time, and coordination issues often lead to delays and inconsistency. With us, you get a team that already works well together, with specialized expertise. You pay for the outcome without any management headaches.

Is there a minimum commitment period?

No long-term contracts here. We work on project basis (with a provided timeline) or month-to-month for ongoing support so you're never locked into something that doesn't make sense for your current needs. You can scale up, scale down, or pause as your situation requires.

What does onboarding look like?

Our onboarding is simple: a kickoff call to align on goals, gather access to relevant tools, and understand your business deeply. We'll also set up communication channels and share a clear project plan. The whole process typically takes just a few days, not weeks.

Who owns the strategy vs. execution?

This depends on what you need. Some clients want us to help shape strategy and execution, while others just need execution support for their existing strategy. We're comfortable with either approach and can adjust our involvement based on what you need.

How do we communicate if everything is async?

We use a combination of Slack, email, and collaborative tools like Notion or Trello to keep everything organized. You'll always know what we're working on and where things stand. For important discussions, we can absolutely jump on calls when needed—we're async-preferred, not async-only.
